As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Lewis is entrusted with the preservation and growth of Graudenz Capital’s asset portfolio. He supervises our team of seasoned professionals, develops both short and long-term investment strategies, and recommends investments while strategically allocating assets to maximize returns.
Jonathan Barker, Principal and Venture Partner
Mr. Barker plays a pivotal role in sourcing, qualifying, and vetting new venture deals. He makes diligence-backed recommendations to the General Partners of specific venture funds, ensuring that only the most promising opportunities are pursued. Additionally, he manages associates on each venture deal, ensuring thorough reporting back to the General Partners.

Laura Ware, Managing Director
As Managing Director, Ms. Ware is the driving force behind ensuring that key milestones and deadlines are met across Graudenz Capital’s portfolio companies. She is responsible for clear communication on overall objectives, managing internal project teams, delegating tasks, and overseeing the work of associates and assistants. Her leadership and expertise are invaluable assets to our firm.
Michael Adkins, Venture Partner
Mr. Adkins, as a Venture Partner, is instrumental in the smooth operation of our portfolio companies. He serves on the board of select portfolio companies and is integral to networking and identifying new and innovative opportunities for the fund. His role includes negotiating terms of acquisition and successfully managing exits for portfolio companies, ensuring strategic growth and profitability.
Nick Taylor, Associate
As an Associate, Mr. Taylor is deeply involved in the venture capital ecosystem, from general networking to participating in industry and VC events. He keeps a close watch on the latest industry trends, securing meetings with founders of potential target companies, and plays a crucial role in our deal-sourcing process.
